Bookings

Bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our team.
Customers must provide accurate pickup, drop, date, time and contact details.
Estimated fares may change if route, waiting time, tolls, parking, permits or travel plan changes after booking.

Passenger responsibility

Passengers are expected to follow safety instructions, carry valid identification when needed and avoid any activity that may damage the vehicle or affect driver safety.

Payments

Online payments are processed through the configured payment gateway. Cash or balance payments, if any, must be paid as agreed before or after the trip.

Service changes

A R Car Travels may change vehicle allocation when required due to breakdown, emergency or availability, while trying to provide an equivalent or better option.
